By design , the Spartacus HD Wheel Mount positions the spare high and slanted slightly outward to help maintain optimum clearance from the rear bumper , permitting the mounting of a 35-inch tire. When paired with the Rugged Ridge Spartacus HD Hinge Casting (11546.61) on TJ models, your tailgate will not only carry the weight, but also maintain easy one-hand access to the cargo area.

Each Spartacus HD Tire Carrier Wheel Mount is fitted to work with 5 on 4.5 and 5 on 5.5-inch bolt patterns and retains the factory high-mount brake light. For a complete Spartacus HD Tire Carrier Kit that includes the hinge casting and the wheel mount, use 11546.60.
