1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

3. Return Process

7. Restocking Fee
To cover handling and restocking costs, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
9. Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
